Aviyah is an online-based shop and so we operate on a pre-order purchasing policy. Orders are finalised through confirmation of mobile or internet payment transactions. Our packaging aims to bring a unique and refreshing atmosphere that imprints the Aviyah Spirit of authenticity, love and care; with a little bit of fun and creativity. We encourage the use of eco-friendly gift bags adorned by a hand-made cute bow. The added accessories we gift for free are based on your investment level in terms of which collection tier who've made your purchase from; either the Aviyah Classy tier, the Aviyah Signature tier, or the Aviyah Premium tier. We love to ensure we make your experience memorable and welcome your input as to how we can enhance your experience.
The Aviyah Standard Delivery service is to date Free. However, it is subjected to a first-come-first-serve basis due to the high demand. As so, we have made provisions to increase the delivery days from 1 day/week to only 2 days/week; namely on Wednesdays and Saturdays: 10:00am-01:00pm equivalent of 6 slots/orders per day. Please note, that we reserve the sole right to make changes based on operational requirements. Furthermore, our Standard Delivery is applicable to all our collection tiers including the Aviyah Classy Collection. However, our delivery offer gives priority to orders based on their collection tiers; with the Aviyah Premium receiving the highest priority. Do take heed that our delivery service is purely restricted to within city (POM) limits (regardless of tier/priority); except for these following areas which may incur additional costs: Downtown, Gerehu, Ensisi, Tokarara, North Waigani, Morata, 8 mile, Saraga, and Taurama. It is advisable that to fully take advantage of this service, please feel free to inform us of the most convenient, nearest pick-up location 'within the city' to collect your orders- so as to avoid additional costs. Orders from the Aviyah Premium tier are prioritised by Express Delivery, on the next day of the date purchased. Should you request any Express delivery (which is the next day of the purchase day) and your order is not of the Aviyah Premium Collection, additional costs would apply. This also applies to requests outside the standard delivery days, including orders that don't get a slot in the current free delivery schedule. Do note that, this Standard delivery service is based on minimal but very specific guidelines; and so factors like 'your location', preferred pick-up time, or the number of demand, would "entirely determine" how you qualify for and benefit from this Free delivery service.
